What is the purpose of this website?
I created this website because I know I can help so many people avoid the majority of the mistakes and headaches I have endured throughout my fitness journey. I know how hard it is to start your own journey & how confusing & frustrating it may be along the way.. being clueless in the gym & trying to watch other people to see what you should do.. imitating what they’re doing…not knowing if you’re performing exercises correctly.. wondering why the the exercise doesn’t feel good for you but your partner loves it.. not knowing what you’re doing wrong.. not knowing what to eat… when to eat.. and how much to eat… the list goes on…
In addition to all these common frustrations people deal with there’s so much misinformation online… One article will say one thing and the next one you read will completely contradict what the previous article you read said.. Actually taking the time to sit down and sift through all this information to determine what’s true & false… combined with the trial & error of actually testing the information in real life is incredibly time consuming & frankly boring & not worth it to the majority of people..
There obviously is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health & fitness. Every individual is different… However.. There are simple guidelines everyone can follow. There are also more specific tactics & proven strategies people can implement to benefit from.. I created this website to share all the health & fitness knowledge I have acquired over the years & everything I continue to learn..
I want to make getting started on your own journey easy & enjoyable. I want to take all the confusion out and give you a blueprint on what you need to do to get where you want to be. All you need to do is follow the path provided & absorb as much knowledge as possible so you can achieve your goals & create new ones & then pass on the information to a friend or acquaintance so we can all grow and improve together as a community!
